First we'll make sure the room is clear and ready to go. Before we start sanding the old wood floors, we will hook up our transportation tubs straight from the drum sander to the truck. As we sand the floor down, the sawdust is blown straight out of the house and into our trucks where we can take it to the appropriate spot.

Once we have sanded the hardwood down, we will make sure the whole floor is flush and level as best as possible. Then, we will make sure the whole floor is clean before we start applying the stain and the sealant of your choice.

There are many different types of stain you can choose from, and, depending on what you want your floor to look like in the end, you'll have a wide variety of options. We apply multiple coats of sealant and stain to make sure your hardwood floors are protected, beautiful, and strong so they can stand up to every day life.
